Questions, problems or feedback about Tresleche: write to support@tresleche.com. Tell us your workspace name and, for a screen, its name as shown in the dashboard. A photo of what the screen shows helps too — every error message on a screen says what went wrong.

Getting a screen going

On an Android TV or Google TV device, install the Tresleche app with the Downloader app, from tresleche.com/app. On any other screen with a browser, open app.tresleche.com/p.
The screen shows a six-character pairing code.
Sign in at app.tresleche.com, go to Screens → Pair a screen, and enter the code.
Choose a playlist, schedule or layout for the screen. It starts playing.

Samsung and LG televisions cannot install the app; plug in an Android TV or Google TV streaming device instead.

Canva

Connect your Canva account under Integrations → Canva → Connect. Tresleche only reads your designs; it never changes anything in Canva.
Press Sync now to bring new and edited designs into Media. Designs arrive as images; for a design with video or animation, choose “Bring in as video” in its menu in Media.
A design you delete in Canva stays in Media, marked “Removed from Canva”, unless you switch on “Also remove items deleted in Canva” on the Canva card. Nothing a playlist uses is removed.
Disconnect on the same card removes Tresleche’s access to your account.
